I love me some glitter top coat, there's no denying it. L'Oreal's latest nail offering, the Top Coat Confettis, includes this monochrome version of various-sized glitter. What I particularly like about it, is the matte finish of the glitter, and the way it looks like salt and pepper paint splatters all over my nails. To get the best effect of this top coat, I think you'd have to use light creamy colours, so it stands out. Although saying that, I do like the way it looks over a bare nail.
The only downside? Just like it's counterparts, it's a nightmare to remove. Ain't life a b****.
